International Journal of Research and Academic Community Services (IJRACS) provides immediate open access to all published content based on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

All articles published in IJRACS can be accessed, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, searched, or linked freely without financial, legal, or technical barriers, provided proper citation to the original work is given.

The journal believes that open access publishing enhances the visibility, accessibility, and impact of scientific research for academics, practitioners, policymakers, and the broader public.

Authors retain copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication.
