Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the responsibility of the company in an effort to participate in preserving the environment and developing the surrounding community. The Industrial Era 4.0 is an increasingly advanced era with digitalization in almost an industrial field. It is hoped that CSR will be given more attention through the economic, social, and environmental sectors. The implementation of CSR has a positive effect on the company which can attract investors to invest and add to the good image of the
company. CSR is a form of corporate ethics in running a business, which does not only focus on profits for financial performance, but also follow-up and the role of the company in overcoming the impact of its business activities. Industrial developments should not be an obstacle for companies to implement CSR, because with existing digitalization, companies can obtain data on public responses and responses to company performance. This should actually make it easier for companies to carry out environmental analyzes and be able to develop appropriate CSR programs. It is equally important that in the preparation of CSR programs and implementation, companies must continue to pay attention to aspects of humanity, justice and equity as stated in Pancasila.
