Abstract

This paper aims to give an understanding as well as to reflect the success of human resource development that is applied by one of the nation’s great tutor, Mr. H.O.S Tjokroaminoto, who also leads Syarikat Islam in the forming of cadre in his own house located in Peneleh Street number VII, Surabaya City. The author applied case study methodology as well as gaining various information through the author’s experiences in the training institution.  A coaching method that is complete, enlightening, overcoming, independence, and based on sincerity is an important aspect in supporting the development of human resources at Rumah Peneleh.
