PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF PUBLIC COMPANIES IN THE WAWOWONUA REGION,SOUTH KONAWE REGENCY

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of the Wawowonua Regional Public Company of South Konawe Regency from 2021-2023. This research is a qualitative research with data analysis method using qualitative descriptive analysis. The data collection method uses interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Regional Public Company Wawowonua in South Konawe Regency can be considered good. From the financial perspective, the company's financial performance fluctuated, with revenue exceeding the set targets. Furthermore, the operational perspective showed fluctuations, while the administrative perspective consistently achieved high performance. In addition, the implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) at Perumda Wawowonua has shown progress.
