Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of a marketing information system at Zerodust Cleanshoes and evaluate the extent to which the system supports the effectiveness of marketing strategies. The data used is data regarding the marketing process in 2024. The company studied is a service company engaged in shoe cleaning. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach as an analytical tool. The results show that Zerodust Cleanshoes implements a marketing information system using digital innovation, namely social media. The results reveal that Zerodust applies a fairly comprehensive marketing mix concept and financial management is quite good for a small business class student. These results indicate strong potential for further development through digital innovation and a more formal managerial system. This study provides a concrete example of how SIP is implemented simply but effectively for micro entrepreneurs (students), which has not been widely studied in an academic context.
