This study aims to analyze the implementation of a management information system (MIS) in human resources, marketing, and sales aspects at Kedai Omah Cokro, a micro-enterprise in Malang City. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews. The results of the study indicate that although the implemented MIS is still simple and not yet digitally integrated, this system already supports business operations such as recruitment, promotions, and sales recording. This study explains the contribution of MIS implementation in the MSME sector and emphasizes the importance of system development in business management. These results can be a reference for MSMEs to start implementing MIS as a first step towards more efficient business digitalization.
